Brena, Bell & Clarkson, P.C. is a law firm which provides diversified legal services for a broad range of clients. We have built our firm through an ongoing commitment to quality. Mr. Robin O. Brena is the managing shareholder of Brena, Bell & Clarkson. Mr. Brena is a life-long Alaska resident. He has received graduate degrees in both business and law. Mr. Brena received his Masters of Administration (M.Ad.) with an emphasis in accounting and finance and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Willamette University. He also has received his Masters of Law (LL.M.) with an emphasis in real estate development and finance law from the University of Miami. Mr. Brena has been the Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Alaska Bar Association, Chairman of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Alaska Bar Association, and has taught Advanced Business Law at the University of Alaska. Mr. Brena's practice emphasizes real estate, commercial litigation, tax assessment, telecommunications, oil and gas, appellate, and administrative matters before both federal and state courts and regulatory agencies. Mr. Jesse C. Bell is an attorney with Brena, Bell & Clarkson. Mr. Bell is a life-long Alaska resident. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Willamette University. In 30 years of private practice, Mr. Bell has participated in many civil trials. He has also taught several seminars dealing with various aspects of real estate law. Mr. Bell's practice emphasizes business and commercial transactions, corporate law for both large and small businesses, probate, trust, and estate planning, real estate transactions, condominium developments, and commercial litigation. Mr. Kevin G. Clarkson is an attorney with Brena, Bell & Clarkson. Mr. Clarkson received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) cum laude from Willamette University. Mr. Clarkson's practice focuses upon state and federal civil litigation at the administrative, pretrial, trial, and appellate levels regarding oil and gas pipeline transportation, professional liability (attorney and accountant malpractice), tort (personal injury and wrongful death), aviation and products liability, employment, construction, tax, RICO, fraud, fiduciary liability, contract, and constitutional issues. Ms. Paula T. Vrana is an associate with Brena, Bell & Clarkson. Ms. Vrana is a life-long Alaskan. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Idaho.
