In addition, our 86-ft. heli-deck equipped research vessel, Maritime Maid, provides remote vessel/helicopter operations.
Maritime Helicopters implemented a state-of-the-art Safety Management System to effectively reduce risks as we seek accident/incident-free operations.
Our helicopters are equipped with Sky Connect GPS Position Reporting, permitting us immediate online access to the position of each aircraft. All aircraft have in-flight phone capability.

Staffed year round bases are located in Homer and Kodiak with seasonal locations in Kenai, Dutch Harbor and Prudhoe Bay.

We have worked for a variety of customers in the High Arctic including the National Science Foundation on a USCG ice breaker. Typical missions take us from the northern Bering Sea to 500 miles north of Point Barrow. We have the ability to track and communicate at all times with our aircraft using Satellite Com/Nav which creates a safe environment for our customers and crew.
We support a variety of customers including the Alaska Volcano Observatory, as far west as Shemya in the Western Aleutians. Our 86 foot vessel the "Maritime Maid" makes an ideal base of operations providing fuel, personnel transport, quarters, communications and other services required in this demanding remote area. Our pilots and vessel crews are highly experienced in working with the demands of the Aleutian weather.
We are an approved FAA Part 145 Repair Station and a Bell Helicopter Customer Service Center for Bell 206B/L, and 407 model helicopters. This service is located in Homer, Alaska. The company's maintenance personnel are highly trained and qualified, with Bell Helicopter Factory training and over fifty years of combined helicopter maintenance experience.
We provide Bell Helicopter component inspections, airframe and engine field maintenance. We maintain a well stocked inventory of new Bell Helicopter approved parts on site.
