Our practitioners are all Licensed Acupuncturists, certified and licensed in Acupuncture and Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and the State of Alaska.

Mack Rogers L.Ac.
Mack is a graduate of the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston Texas. Prior to his acupuncture career Mack specialized in St. Johns Neuromuscular Therapy (a specialized massage therapy that combines deep tissue, posture analysis, and soft tissue manipulation for health) working with athletes and chronic pain patients for over 5 years. Since graduating with his degree in Oriental Medicine, Macks focus and specialty has been fertility and hormone balancing. Mack has worked with numerous clients in Anchorage, helping them to start a family with the aid of Oriental Medicine. Much of Macks success he attributes to his many teachers in particular Yanfang Liu, who as a Department Director and attending physician at the Professional Clinic of the China Academy of Chinese Medicine in Beijing, specialized in the treatment of infertility and gynecological issues. It was through her training that he learned the ancient art that has proven so rewarding.

Heather Whip L.Ac.
Heather was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She earned a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii. Heather is trained in Acupuncture, Herbology, Tui-na, Nutritional Therapy, Qi Gong and Womens Health. Her specialties include: family care, pain management, stress reduction, weight management, smoking cessation, facial rejuvenation, womens health and Shonishin - a needle-free therapy for children. Heather is well known for her gentle hands and warm bedside manner. As a native to Alaska and lifelong commercial fisherman, she understands the demanding lifestyle of Alaskans.

Melinda is our office manager and keeps this place running smoothly. Her smiling face greets you when you walk in the door, and it's usually her pleasant voice that answers the phone.
