Both lawyers are rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, its highest rating. The firm provides quality legal representation to individuals and companies involved in litigation in the state of Alaska. We have substantial experience in commercial litigation, personal injury claims and defense, medical malpractice, property division in divorce matters, attorney malpractice, aviation accident litigation, construction litigation and products liability.
Bookman & Helm, LLP focuses on providing quality work at fair rates. It understands the importance of communication with its clients and the need of the clients to be advised and understand what is occurring in the client's case. It does not charge for its costs for long distance telephone costs, faxes, ordinary postage, most computerized legal research, or word processing. The firm treats its clients fairly and finds that this fairness is reciprocated.
The firm is located within walking distance of the State Courthouse, a five-minute drive to the Federal Courthouse and has ample on-site parking. Both lawyers are familiar with Federal and State Courts and have appeared in Juneau, Anchorage, Kenai, Fairbanks and Homer.
