Rocky Bay Lodge is a Floating Fishing Lodge located in the remote pristine wilderness of Southern Southeast Alaska at Cape Chacon, the Southern tip of Prince of Wales Island and is known for its legendary King Salmon Fishing and Silver Salmon Fishing, Alaska Halibut Fishing, Lingcod, Yellow Eye (Snapper), and many types of Rockfish.
Our Alaska Fishing Lodge enables us to be on the fishing grounds eliminating the long boat ride to and from the productive fishing locations. Our guest will experience an Alaska Sport Fishing adventure the way it should be, plenty of fish without the shoulder to shoulder fishing. Just a short scenic 30 minute floatplane flight from Ketchikan, the Alaska Salmon Fishing capital of the world.

Bright Ocean Caught Alaska King Salmon and Alaska Silver Salmon will give you a fight that you will never forget! Cape Chacon is the first stop the salmon get to on their long journey to the spawning grounds near Ketchikan and surrounding area of Southern Southeast Alaska. Alaska Halibut fishing at Cape Chacon, Prince of Wales Island boast one of the most productive Halibut Fishing grounds. With an average Halibut weighing in at 40 pounds and 100+ pound halibut is an everyday site, including Yellow Eye Rockfish (Snapper), Lingcod, and many types of rockfish.
