At Catch Alaska we take pride in providing our clients with the best saltwater charter at the best price! We do halibut and salmon charters out of Anchor Point which is the closest point of land to the rich fishing grounds of Cook Inlet. Being so close to the fishing grounds means lots more time fishing and much less time enroute. We are five minutes to king salmon trolling and usually less than one hour each way for halibut! Anchor Point is located between Homer and Soldotna and is home to the Anchor River State Recreation Area--a series of campgrounds located on the shores of the beautiful Anchor River.
2010 marks our 30th year of fishing and exploring the waters of Cook Inlet and Kachemak Bay. Our new 28 foot Sea Raider, Catcher II, is fast, comfortable, and safe. In fact it is one of the few vessels in the fleet that has qualified for the U.S. Coast Guard 5-Star Safety Rating. It has an enclosed, heated cabin with bathroom facilities, a spacious fishing deck, and the latest in safety and navigation equipment.

Just a hint: Avoid charters that do more than one trip per day--Nothing ruins a great day of fishing faster than a clock!!! We take pride in ensuring that every day is safe, comfortable, and memorable. Since we don't fish by the clock, we will take the time to put you on the best fishing available. We provide all gear, bait, lunch, softdrinks, and fish filleting. We can link you up with lodging, processors, and shippers if desired. We'll help you Catch Alaska to the limit!!
