We are less than 2 miles from the Badger Gate of Fort Wainwright, next door to Ticasuk Brown Elementary School and on the bike path and bus route.

3 bedroom units rents for $1600 and 4 bedroom units rents for $1800. Heat and water are included.
Rent paid on or before the first of the month will get a 3% discount.
