Asphalt Sealing & Filling

Sealing extends the life of your asphalt by protecting it from wear, water, and ice erosion.
How Does Sealer Help?
Asphalt sealer seals the porous surface of your asphalt blocking out water. Water erodes away sub grade and remains under the surface of the asphalt.
In the summer the sub grade can wash away, this can cause a cavity making the asphalt dip and crack. In the winter the water under the asphalt surface can freeze, expand and heave. This can also cause the asphalt to crack.
Larger cracks are filled with a crack filling emulsion. Asphalt sealer may not be the cure for every problem, so inquire about a free estimate.
