TerraSond provides professional survey services around the world safely, effectively, and economically. Our services include hydrographic surveys, marine geophysical surveys and land surveys. We have an experienced team of hydrographers, land surveyors, marine geophysicists, geologists, oceanographers, cartographers, GIS and CADD specialists, IT professionals and professional mariners working with our own vessels and equipment, producing surveys of the highest quality. Our clients range from oil and gas, pipeline, power and telecom, renewable energy, mining, survey and engineering, shipping, dredging and construction industries, to state and federal agencies including port authorities, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

We were tasked by the USACE - Alaska District to conduct tide surveys for the purpose of refining and adding continuity to the historical Tidal Datums located along the southern end of Wrangell Narrows, Alaska. The four selected tide stations provided vertical control datum for two USACE - Alaska District projects located within the vicinity of Mile 12 to Mile 21.
