30 minutes by air from Anchorage or a 3 hour scenic drive. Approximately a 2 hour drive to either Seward or Homer. Great "home base" while you travel around the peninsula.

We offer you beautiful, tall Alaskan Spruce trees and a large Courtyard with nice landscaping and flowers on 2.5 acres. Our land invites frequent moose visitations for our residents and guests to enjoy and photograph. Picnic tables, BBQ grills and our midnight sun are here to help you enjoy your summer vacation with us. Winter offers beautiful snow covered spruce trees viewed from your windows.
