Three day minimum for advance reservations.

A deposit of
30% of the total amount due or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required at booking.

The deposit is refundable if we receive notice of cancellation at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, it is refundable only if we are able to re-book the time.
