Great Land Realty was founded in 1968, making it the oldest real estate firm in the Eagle River area. It has always been a family owned and operated company. Kathy and Phil Geraci have owned Great Land Realty since buying it from their Aunt in 1981.

We have six agents in the office that list and sell property. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. All are long time Alaskans, and all are committed to providing their clients with knowledgeable and personal service.

Office and Staff
Our office is fully computerized and networked. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, Municipal Records, and Property Tax Records that our agents need in order to better serve you.

We also have two full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They keep us organized and up-to-date and they answer your calls when your agent is not available.

We have the only full-time property manager in Eagle River. She only does property management, she does not list and sell property. This ensures that our owners and tenants, along with their properties, are well taken care of.
