AlaskChem Engineering is an independent consulting firm providing environmental and chemical engineering services. AlaskChem is based in Palmer, Alaska and serves the Matanuska Valley, Anchorage, and rural Alaska. AlaskChem is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor founded in 1997 by Ralph Hulbert, P.E., as sole proprietor.

Process research and design including wastewater treatment, sludge processing, combustion, alternative energy sources, and materials recycling.
